This tours explore the popular hubs of Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Uttrapradesh and Delhi : We starting this trip from Delhi and going to end at Delhi, the culture of Delhi reflects the rich heritage of the past coupled with the influence of modern lifestyle. Apart from the national capital of India, Delhi is the most preferred tourist destination of North India. Delhi’s rich tradition, effervescent history, monuments, museums, Mughal architecture, markets, foods are some of the special attractions that beckon tourists from all over the world. Delhi-Agra-Jaipur Trip is also called Golden Triangle because this trip circuit connects the three famous tourist destinations in India : New Delhi (Capital of India) – Agra (Tajmahal) – Jaipur (Pink City) and formed a triangular shape on the India’s map. The Golden Triangle Tourism Circuit will explore the rich cultural and world heritage sites of incredible India. The Taj Mahal situated on the right bank of the stream Yamuna in the Indian city of Agra. It was constructed in 1632 by the fifth Mughal ruler Shah Jahan to house the burial chamber of his number one spouse, Mumtaz Mahal; it additionally houses the burial chamber of Shah Jahan himself. Another important place in Agra is Red Fort – This massive red sandstone fort was built on the banks of the Yamuna River in 1565 by the Akbar, the second Mughal Emperor in India. Further improvements of the fort were made by his successors especially Shah Jahan, the fifth Mughal emperor of India, who used new structures inside the fort with white marble. Haridwar and Reshikesh are famous for pilgrimage, yoga and adventure.

Day-wise Itinerary

Day – 1 : Arrival at Delhi Airport

Sky Route Travel staff will be available at the exit gate of the airport with placard showing name of the main member of the group. From the Delhi airport, drive to pre-booked Hotel and check in. If time permits, after freshup in Hotel, you may go for the half day local city tour which include; India Gate, War Memorial, Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s residence, Indian Parliament (photo shoot and outside view), President House, Akshardham Temple – the World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day – 2 : Local sightseeing and Delhi-Agra (250 km 3 hours)

After breakfast, check out from Hotel and full day city tour (9 am to 5 pm) covering Qutubminar– tallest bricks minaret in the world, Lotus Temple – This temple is built in the shape of a floating half open lotus set amidst pools and gardens. There is no idols of any God, Hummayun Tom (Delhi’s Tajmahal) –The burial chamber of Humayun, Red Fort – served as the main residence of the Mugal emperors, and Rajghat – A memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi as his body was cremated here. evening 5 pm move to Agra. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day – 3 : Local sightseeing Agra

Today early morning visit (6 am to 9 am) Tajmahal – one of the seven wonder of the world. After breakfast check out Hotel and visit to Agra Red Fort – It was the residence of royal family of Mugal emperors till 1638. Afternoon, drive to Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur. Evening enjoy the folk dance, music, traditional Rajasthani food, puppet, magic show, animal rides etc the Ethic Village Chowkidhani and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day – 4 : Local sightseeing Jaipur: After breakfast, get ready for the City tour covering following places ( 9 am to 6 pm) (1) City Palace – The luxurious home of King Padmanabh Singh and family (2) Jantar – Mantar : Collection of astronomical tolls started by King Jai Singh, considered one of the world heritage site. (3) Hawa Mahal – Built in 1799 to watch festivals on the street by the ladies of the King’s family (4) Amer Palace – Built in 1592 and was the residence of the King’s families and world heritage site (5) Jal Mahal – Water Palace of the city. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day – 5 : Local sightseeing Jaipur and drive to Delhi (280 km 5 hrs):

After breakfast check out the Hotel and visit (1) Albert Musuem – One of the oldest museum in India, we can see the collection of antique coins, paintings, Egyptian mummy etc (2) Birla Temple – Built in 1988 with pure white marble, dedicated to the Goddess Lakshmi and Vishnu. Afternoon drive to Delhi. Overnight stay in Delhi

Day 6 : Local sightseeing Delhi : Departure

After breakfast check out from the Hotel, if time permits we will take you to city tour to see the left out places if any and evening drive to Delhi. Overnight stay in Delhi

Day – 7 : Delhi – Haridwar (250 kms – 4 hours journey) : After breakfast drive to Haridwar. Check in Hotel and Half day visit Haridwar. (1) Chandi Devi Temple (2) Daksha Mahadeve Temple (3) Maya Devi Temple – Shakti Peet. Evening witness the Ganga Aarati at Haridwar. Overnight stay in Haridwar

 Day 8 Haridwar – Reshikesh (25 km 1 hour)

Early morning visit to Har-Ki-Pauri and Holi dip in the River Ganga. After breakfast check out Hotel and proceed to Reshikesh, check in Hotel. Half Day City tour Reshikesh (1) Neelkanth Mahadev Temple (2) Second Rameshwaram (3) Ram Jhula. Overnight stay in Reshikesh. Evening witness Ganga Aarti in Triveni Sangam. Overnight stay in Reshikesh.

Day 9 : Reshikesh – Devprayag (75 kms – 2 hrs journey)

Morning drive to Devprayag – This is the place where holy rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda meet, and merge into one and take the name of Ganga, making it a unique Hindu pilgrimage place. It is believed that Lord Rama and his father King Dasharat performed penance here. The Raghunath temple – one of the 108 Divya Desams. Overnight stay in Reshikesh.

Day 10 : Reshikesh – Delhi (250 km – 5 hrs): After breakfast, check out from Hotel and proceed to Delhi. Evening 6 pm dropping Delhi airport.
