The National Museum is a rich show case of antiquities. It has a splendid collection of the antiques representing the entire span of Indian civilization from the Harappan period. Similarly, the National Gallery of Morden is a prime store house of Indian contemporary art collection. Delhi Haat is a government run crafts bazaar. Craftsmen from all over India exhibit their crafts here. Karolbagh and Sarojini is best market for retail purchasing. New Delhi is also famous for its planned landscape and spacious streets with shades of greenery. Major commercial establishments are situated in New Delhi’s business hubs like Cannaught Place and Nehru Place.

Day-wise Itinerary

 Day – 1 : Arrival at Delhi Airport

Sky Route Travel staff will be available at the exit gate of the airport with placard showing name of the main member of the group. From the Delhi airport, drive to pre-booked Hotel and check in. If time permits, after freshup in Hotel, you may go for the half day local city tour which include; India Gate, War Memorial, Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s residence, Indian Parliament (photo shoot and outside view), President House, Akshardham Temple – the World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day – 2 : Local sightseeing and Delhi-Agra (250 km 3 hours)

After breakfast, check out from Hotel and full day city tour (9 am to 5 pm) covering Qutubminar– tallest bricks minaret in the world, Lotus Temple – This temple is built in the shape of a floating half open lotus set amidst pools and gardens. There is no idols of any God, Hummayun Tom (Delhi’s Tajmahal) –The burial chamber of Humayun, Red Fort – served as the main residence of the Mugal emperors, and Rajghat – A memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gnadhi as his body was cremated here. evening 5 pm move to Agra. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day – 3 : Local sightseeing Agra and Delhi-Agra

Today early morning visit (6 am to 9 am) Tajmahal – one of the seven wonder of the world. After breakfast check out Hotel and visit to Agra Red Fort – It was the residence of royal family of Mugal emperors till 1638. Afternoon, drive back to Delhi . On the way visit Mathura, the birth place of Lord Krishna. Overnight stay in Delhi

Day – 4 : Local sightseeing Agra and Delhi-Agra

After breakfast, check out from Hotel, visit left out places if any, purchasing in the famous market of Karolbagh or Sarojini Nagar and afternoon drive to Airport.
